hi im plalling to buy a packard bell pc with i5 4460 , 8 gig of ram and gt 620 so my question is can i upgrade the power supply to cooler master or if i want to put a modern graphic card later ?

Yes you can swap out the PSU with a higher wattage one when necessary, existing one should have the standard ATX dimensions and fixing points. ATX PSUs are very common and widely available. Get a good brand though. Factory-fitted ones are generally cheap quality to keep production costs down, good quality brands are Seasonic/Corsair and Antec.

you can always buy that but I would suggest looking at other websites for your computer as Packard bell don't use the best quality stuff, you can always check Newegg.com, Ebuyer.co.uk and cyberpower all of these websites do you really good price for high specs, make sure you shop around before giving your money out to someone like Packard bell :D , if you have a budget let me know and ill see what I can put together for you
