my D drive is not showing full size even after fresh reinstall of win8.1

hello,

Please help me . i installed formatting all drive win8.1 and my D,E drive i formatted individually after installation from explorer, but free space is showing 379Mb , 140Mb etc as i keep formatting . it is showing those numbers .my actually size of D and E drive is 200gb and 430 gb . but its showing 199gb and 429 gb. why is it showing ?

So OS is only on C:\? How much space is left? You lose space with formatting and with Wondows Reserve Partition.

D:\ and E:\ have only lost a little bit from formatting.

My 2TB after formatting is now only 1836GB. That's normal.

but i kept on formatting quick format on D, E drive, why does the free space change its size nos like 359, 149,100, etc and sometimes 359 reappears

well i have 1tb. which shows 931gb, no problem with that. but i formatted C as 300gb, D as 200GB and E as 430gb and i installed OS in C drive. i hope you can tell me what is wrong with free space after i installed OS cleanly freshly

problem is D and E drive being 200 and 430 gb total space respectively , in free space its showing 199gb and 429 gb , can you tell me why ?
