I currently have 5 NZXT 140mm Performance Case Fan FN 140RBs with the 2 stock corsair fans, and a cooler master fan that came with my Hyper 212 Evo. They do seem to keep my computer cool enough, but I am starting to think that I want a quieter PC, as my computer tends to hum waaay louder than my room fan. I am thinking about upgrading all of my fans to Prolimatech PRO-BV14 fans as they seem to be a lot quieter and seem to have higher CFM's. Any other suggestions (Besides pricey Noctua's) that I should take a look at to upgrade for?

The AF120mm or AF140mm fans are great for airflow and the SP120/140 are good if you are going to mount them on a radiator or heatsink. They are also available with leds or without. They provide good cooling, good anti-vibration and cost is reasonable.
