pc shuts down when playing games

pc shuts down when launching high graphic demanding games ,
i downloaded speccy to see the voltage , but i dont understand the reading ,
+12V 5.512 V
+5V 5.360 V
CPU CORE 1.992 V
+3.3V 2.788 V
i can't see the pc health option in bios , so can't check voltage in bios
just wondering is there a problem with PSU

When Launching high Graphics games you but a lot of strain on your CPU and GPU you will need to make sure that your PSU goes above an beond the minimum power supply needed for selected components for the GPU and CPU that you have said you got you will need IMO 550 or 600W PSU to be sure not to...

When Launching high Graphics games you but a lot of strain on your CPU and GPU you will need to make sure that your PSU goes above an beond the minimum power supply needed for selected components for the GPU and CPU that you have said you got you will need IMO 550 or 600W PSU to be sure not to run out of power, if its lower than this maybe check it, also it could be that your CPU is over heating download CPUtemp and make sure that its not running too hot if it is considering a new cpu cooler or get a can of compressed air and clean your current one may have a layer of dust.
