Are these temps good for an i7 4790k

So I have overcloked my 4790k to 4.6ghz and I have a Noctua NH D14 to cool it and I feel like the temps are a bit too high for this voltage.
Ambient is around 19C.

I think you're temperatures are slightley below average, could be wrong. Considering you're stressing it and it's under 70C for an i7 it's pretty decent I'd say.

yes they are safe and fine but if the max temp are under 70 it would be great....no worries .....

Pretty good temps for 4.6 on a haswell.

Great temps as I have the same CPU... I had a few problems to start with and was ideling in the low 30's and maxing out over 80 degrees in Prime95 at 4.4 but not knowing what I was doing caused the probs at 4.4 I now idle at 25's and Prime95 max temps are 62 Degrees so you are doing very well indeed.
