Amazon has a "Das Keyboard Professional Model S for Mac" for $60 used, and I'm wondering if it's
1) a good deal (it seems to be), and
2) if it will be weird to use on a Windows pc.
Do Mac keyboards have any problems on Windows machines?

Also I'll be using it mostly for typing and any gaming that doesn't allow for a gamepad.

Alternatively I could get a new Rosewill RK-9000. I'm looking for a nice, relatively cheap mechanical (Cherry MX Blue switches, or something similar but quieter) keyboard to act as a placeholder until funds (and time) permit me to buy the Corsair MX RGB keyboard.

The Das keyboard is better than that keyboard in my opinion. It's an extremely comfortable keyboard and they keys spring back (the "s" stands for speed) and allows you to type faster. And the spring isn't too strong so you can't hold the key down but it's just enough so it springs back faster than other keyboards.
