I don't know what the utility power difference between Israel and the US but you might need to use a transformer. I don't know if this will affect the PSU, you might need someone with more electrical knowledge than me.

I'd call EVGA's support and ask just to be safe. but based on the power specs it should be fine if you swapped it. The U.S is 120V 60 Hz and Israel is 230V 50Hz from what I've been able to find.

AC Input 100 - 240 VAC, 15A, 50 - 60 Hz
Rail +3.3V +5V +12V +5Vsb -12V
Max output 24A 24A 108.3A 3A 0.5A
108A
120W 1299.6W 15W 6W
Total 1300W @ +50C

....you changing the cable is the only way you're going to get the PSU to work so yeah.. I Don't know how international sales work of the same I'd but I'd imagine companies often try to make sure that items within a specific country ship ready with the appropriate outlet cables. Heck even a lot of U.S companies give you multiple cables for different countries. HP does this with some of their printers oddly enough.

Again just to be safe, call EVGA's sales/customer support line or use their chat. They're great.

No worries, you could still contact them to just ensure that the PSU is compatible with your region, but again based on the spec's it should be okay. To be safe you can hook it up thru a surge protector as well.
