i5 4690k + r9 290 4gb bottleneck??

Hey iam going to build a computer and i want to know if this i5 will bottleneck the gpu..What should i buy...r9 290 4gb or gtx 770? PSU is 750W.. Thank you :bounce: ;)

    no way your processor is able to run any available card in the market without bottlenecking even 4th gen i3 can handle r9 290 without bottlenecking....
    i will say go for r9 290 much better card than gtx 770 and much better for high resolutions because of the extra 2 gb vram.....

    if you want to have physx it's worth it, same with shadowplay, both very good feaures
  5. for shadowplay i really dont care but this physx is much better for gaming i think.. do u have any comparison?

    I'd go 770, just personal preference. But r9 290 statistically is better

    cool, which brand? msi? :) what games do u play and how many fps do u get?
  12. no its zotac amp edition ..........i mainly play single player shooter and action adventure games like tomb raider , darksiders etc and some racing games from nfs......well different games i get different fps but i will say the fps i get are good and satisfactory 50 - 60 average in ultra i have a 900 p monitor so i get some extra fps.....
