These people hold pc gaming down, Trying to play on high settings and can't even hit a stable 50 fps. These are the extreme budget builders. Using pentium or Athlon processors and outdated gpus. If your going to build a pc, be sure you can comfortably get a stable 60 fps at high settings or just go get a ps4.

You know people can't always afford top of the line equipment. I was like this I was outdated and slowly built up to my PC. Now I have a I5 4690k, R9 270x, and Asrock B85 Fatal1ty. They eventually upgrade I assume.
