So my computer is crappy and I am planning to buy a gpu capable of playing games like arma 2 in medium settings with atleast 40 or 30 fps.

My PC specs:
Intel i5-2320 3.00GHz 4 core(s)
32-bit windows 7 ultimate
Only 1 fan at left side
600v PSU
P8H61M-LE
Intel HD graphics 1000

I'm not sure about your PSU manufacturer because you didnt specify it, but if it came with your case or its cheap quality I would advise you to change it before upgrading.
And it all depends on the budget you have.
If you have alot of money you can get an Radeon R9 280x.
Radeon R9 270 and Gtx 750ti are great GPUs for your money.
If you need anything cheaper a R7 260 will do OK in games.

never heard of that brand but after a google search I can tell that its not the best PSU brand.
I would advise you to upgrade to a Corsair, Seasonic, Xfx, Cooler Master or a Silverstone PSU.
And it still all depends on your budget. if you dont have alot of money a Gtx 750 ti or R7 260x is a good option, if you have some more money to spend you can get a Gtx 770 or R9 280x.

Hey brother , i right now have Core i5 2400 3.1Ghz with a GTx 750 ti Oced and runs all games Ultra 60 FPS 720p
Its the best bang for the buck as you do not need to upgrade your power supply. Now a r9 270 maybe LITTLE faster than gtx 750 ti but gtx 750 ti oc like a bitch and doesnt require power supply upgrade. If you have like 250$ you can buy a r9 270 and a quality power supply.
If you have 150-170 better buy GTX 750 ti. It also has new Maxwell architecture and better driver support than AMD , runs cooler than 50 degrees in normal conditions.

Even though in my country r9 270 was only 10$ more i went with gtx 750 ti for reasons mentioned above and dont regret it , but i do regret i went with inn03d due to their bad cooling and i would have gone with msi or GIGabyte.
