Can I max out Crysis 3 at 768p?

Yes. It'd be rather comfortableish on very high-ultra with 40-50 FPS. All settings maxed out and you can expect ~35-45 FPS on your monitor

As far as I know even SLI Titan Blacks Couldn't Completely Max Crysis 3 if you're talking about full throttle Antialiasing. You can probably get pretty nice settings with that card. I used to have a 670 which is more or less the equivalent and I could run the game on very high at 1080p without much trouble, with basic antialiasing settings.
