psu power problem

have purchased antec vp450p psu as u guys suggested ,,now there is 1 CPU Connector with 4 + 4 pin in my psu but only 1 x 4-pin ATX 12V Power connector(s) in my motherboard ,, so what should i do ,,

What do you mean? Plugging in the cable will affect the power draw, since it powers the CPU.

i mean will it give 450 W(if needed by all component) as promise even if i connect only 1 of that cable ...
and how can i check if it is providing enough power to all of the components specially Hard Disk .

Yes, it will give you 450W combined, but it all won't go through that cable. No need to worry about it.

If your PC is not getting enough power you will experience constant crashes and freezes, so there's really no need to test it; You'll know if something is wrong with it.
