Most likely, setting the cut options at minium (dont remember the japanese names, zandaku or something like that), But you also need a dedicated gpu, if you're using intel integrated graphics you'll not be able to play it.

Since it's not out yet,i can only make an educated guess; Depending on your graphics card and monitor resolution,you might get away with Medium settings.

This is the first Metal Gear coming to PC,but it's not PC exclusive so it will be limited by the capabilities of Consoles.

Im sorry? The game came out in january for PC, last year for PS3, X360. The one you are talking about is MGS5 and Grounds Zeroes which will hit Steam later on.

Yes you can run the game OP in 720P, High settings (depends on your GPU though)
