I wanna ask if im need a fan or not in this new build then im gonna buy so... please tell me..
here my spec

:
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Motherboard : H77M-D3H
VGA : Zotac GTX 780 OC 3GB
Case : NXZT H230
And I live where the temperature around 28-30 Celcius.
I will playing games on ultra like sims 4,Watchdog and more!

The CPU will come with a cooler. You HAVE TO install that cooler.

If you are referring to a case fan, yes I would get a few. With ambient temps that high, the computer will probably be running 10c more than normal all the time, you so want GOOD airflow to try to keep things under control.

I recommend a better case. Look for something like the Corsair 300r. It will have better airflow. Then buy an additional 140mm fan and install it as a top exhaust in addition to the front and rear fans the case comes with.

Also, why are you using a CPU and motherboard that is 3 years old?

A lot of reviews for that case on newegg say that airflow isn't the greatest (only comes with 2 fans), I would suggest getting a 3rd case fan

Get the windowed is you want the window. If not, get the normal one.

I would not buy 3 generation old parts. Doesn't make sense. Get an i5 4460 and an h97 motherboard.

Youare buying a top of the line VERY expensive GPU, no point to combine it with an average CPU from 3 generations ago.

The new i5 will be about 15% better overall.

The 780 BLOWS AWAY the 280x. No comparison there at all.

the i5-2400 (Which I have myself) will hold back that 780 quite a bit.

can't say ultra for SURE (probably Sims 4 though) but at least high. Ultra can certainly be tried and see how it plays.
