Hi! I am build a gaming PC and I was wondering if this build has enough space, cooling, and power (may do a little over clocking, maybe bump up to .4) Thanks!

Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 GHz)

Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 850G2 80PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V/EPS12V 850W Power Supply

Ram: G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM

Graphics Card: Sapphire TRI-X AMD Radeon R9 290 OC 4GB GDDR5

Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO LGA 1150

Case: Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2 ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case

Solution
Yes it has enough cooling and power. The EVO is good for moderate OCing, serious or enthusiast level not recommended. R9 290 can smoke any game with all settings maxed out on FHD.
I just wish it included a SSD (120 or 250GB Samsung EVO) for housing the OS and some main programs/ games, mainly for faster boot and access. And then use 2TB for storing data.
