I have Currently have an Samsung rf-711-so2us laptop w/ an i7 2630qm, 8 Gb DDR3 ram (can't remember what speed),I'm looking to pull the major components and put them in this mobo JetWay JNF9G-QM77 which will support my CPU, the cooling solution that is packaged with the board does not seem adequate for my processor, can you make any suggestions on adiquate cooling,(the reason i am going this route is lack of funds for a better system, and i'm one to try and recycle as much as possiable)

sorry for the bad news but nothing from a laptop will fit on a desktop motherboard.

Have you tried cleaning out all the vents and replacing any thermal past to see if that will help?

well sh!t, guess you learn something new everyday, didn't know they made something like that.

after looking at it yes your ram will fit the board. as for a cooler im not sure what will fit a g2 socket but with the gpu being so close you may want to look into a h55 water unit. The mounting bracket should be flexible enough or can be modded to fit
