Here is my case: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-750d

Here is my fans: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-fan-co9050009...

Here is my fan controller: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-fan-controller-senmix...

In that case it says you can mount two on top, can you? Which way would you mount them pull air into the case or push air out like an exhaust? Would it look bad in my case? Just some general question about fans/fan controllers.

Here is my build so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/V3W88d

Yes, the fans, case, and controller are all compatible. If you're going to add fans to the top, I'd recommend you set them up as exhaust (typically- bottom, front, side = intake; rear and top = exhaust). You might want to try the case with just the stock fans first and see how they work for your temps. You can always add fans in later if you're not seeing the temps you want.

As far as looks go, they should look pretty good. They come with changeable red, blue and white accent rings so you can match them to your color theme if you have one.
