Need new case and maybe a new PSU...

I've upgraded my CPU cooler and now my case doesn't want to close because the cooler is too tall. So I am looking for getting a new bigger one under 70€. Any recommendations? And I am also thinking of buying a new PSU with power more than 700W but I don't know which to pick....

Thanks. I quite like the case but I don't like how it is with cable management. Any other suggestions? And do you think that Corsair CX 750W should be enough for 2x R9 280x?
