The Thermaltake is not the best one usually, but this one-Thermaltake Berlin 630w- looks OK http://www.gamezoom.net/artikel/Thermaltake_Germany_Series_Berlin_630W_Test_Review-25163-0 and how about this EVGA 500B Non-Modular 80+ Bronze http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/500-Watt-EVGA-500B-Non-Modular-80--Bronze_926454.html
Also the GPU like the r9 280x is similar to gtx770, this one will save your $$ http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/3072MB-Sapphire-Radeon-R9-280X-Dual-X-Aktiv-PCIe-3-0-x16--Lite-Retail-_935700.html otherwise the build is good one.
Everything is OK, and reasonably good.

I have some suggestions:
I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, you may never need a hard drive.
I don't.
I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice
2. You have a choice on monitors. Tn panels like the one you picked have faster response times. IPS panels give better visual quality and wider(178/178) viewing angles.
Do some research, to decide. Better yet, see if you can't look at both types in a store.
3. A 630w psu is appropriate. Thermaltake has iffy quality. See if Seasonic, XFX, Antec... is available to you. Check this list. https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx?Redirected=true
4. Low profile ram is good, but intel does not benefit from ram speeds much. Fast ram may affect your overclock. I suggest 1600 or 1866 at most.

5. Do you want a compact case? Perhaps a M-ATX motherboard and a case like the Silverstone PS07 or TJ08E would be good.
