Hi! I made this configuration for a friend and I need to know if everything is ok :p
The components are:
Case: Corsair Carbide 300R Compact
Ram: 8Gb G.Skill (2x4gb) 2133MHz Low Profile
Cpu: Intel Core i5 4670k 3.4 GHz Socket LGA 1150
Cpu cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Hard Disk: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1Tb 7200RPM 3.5'' Sata 3
Psu: Thermaltake Berlin 630w
Gpu: Gigabyte Gtx 770 2gb OC
Dvd Drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST
MoBo: MSi Z97-G55 SLI Socket Intel 1150
Monitor: Asus VS247HR
If you have any suggestion to make this better please tell me, but not increasing price if possible.
Thanks! :D  :D

Yes that's a fine, stable, compatible build.

Just one suggestion, swap the PSU for SeaSonic S2II 620W or higher/ Antec HCG 620W/ EVGA SuperNova 650W for better quality.

Everything is OK, and reasonably good.

I have some suggestions:
I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, you may never need a hard drive.
I don't.
I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice
2. You have a choice on monitors. Tn panels like the one you picked have faster response times. IPS panels give better visual quality and wider(178/178) viewing angles.
Do some research, to decide. Better yet, see if you can't look at both types in a store.
3. A 630w psu is appropriate. Thermaltake has iffy quality. See if Seasonic, XFX, Antec... is available to you. Check this list. https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware...
4. Low profile ram is good, but intel does not benefit from ram speeds much. Fast ram may affect your overclock. I suggest 1600 or 1866 at most.

5. Do you want a compact case? Perhaps a M-ATX motherboard and a case like the Silverstone PS07 or TJ08E would be good.

The Thermaltake is not the best one usually, but this one-Thermaltake Berlin 630w- looks OK http://www.gamezoom.net/artikel/Thermaltake_Germany_Ser... and how about this EVGA 500B Non-Modular 80+ Bronze http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/500-Watt-EVG...
Also the GPU like the r9 280x is similar to gtx770, this one will save your $$ http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/3072MB-Sapph... otherwise the build is good one.

Since you are getting the newest Z97 MOBO why not match this with the latest Devil's Canyon CPU, i5 4690?
