Im looking to build a gaming PC for 1000$.

I will need an Avermedia installed to it,

Also i would need liquid cooling.

Im going to be playing while streaming, games like , Arma 3, DayZ, Battlefield, COD. WoW.

Can someone please build me the nicest possible PC, that could run 60fps on all these games while streaming ?

Thank you !!!

but will you need liquid cooling, or is it something you want? or is it to be done later? (so just being liquid cooling compatible for the case? )
also do you need a monitor?
do you need an OS?
is the avermedia to be included in the $1000

You don't need liquid cooling. To run all of those games on ultra at a constant 60 fps $1k is a little tight as well. You need a quad core CPU and at least a 770 4gb or AMD equivalent, plus 8gb of ram and a good quality PSU I would say of at least 700w.

I would further say if price is an issue go with AMD across the board. AMD processor and AMD Card.
