Hey, My system is
I7 4790k@4.7ghz
8gb g.skll ripjaws x 2133mhz cl9 memory 1.65v
1tb seagate desktop sshd
Gigabyte gtx 770
Gigabyte z97x gaming 5
Corsair rm650w
Asus blue ray reader
Cm haf x

I need a cooler that fits my mobo without covering any ram slots, and is quiet enough for comfort.

If you want water cooling then this is a great option: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181058
However i got myself a CM 212+ Intead of the H60i because they perform the same and the air cooler is much cheaper that the water cooler with the same performance. If you want to get good watercooling then dual-rad solutions are much better or a custom loop. If you are looking to spend 80 or less dollars this is the best option and the performance is a just a couple degress less that the H100i: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018
