intel i7 4930k or 4790k?

somebody is asking me a question for a new pc he is going to build he is going to use it for gaming and video edeting
he is doubting about a intel i7 4930k with a gtx 770 or a i7 4790k with a gtx 780
now I know that the performance of the i7 4790k are better in gaming but in video edeting the 4930k is much better so what should I advice him to do?

It kind of depends on which is a higher priority for him - gaming or editing/rendering.

If it's gaming, the i7-4790K/GTX 780 would be the better choice, but it will edit pretty well and render okay.

If it's editing/rendering, then 4930K/770 and lots of RAM would be the better choice, but it will still game pretty well.

he is going to do gaming just as much as edeting so that's why I don't know what I should advice him his budget is around €1400,- for the pc whitout windows
