Ok, I've found 2 different types of monitors but I don't know what to choose.
The first one ( http://www.mediamarkt.de/mcs/product/ASUS-MX-239-H,48353,462790,951629.html?langId=-3 ):
it is WLED
Has 23in

The 2nd one ( http://www.mediamarkt.de/mcs/product/ACER-S-271-HLABID,48353,462790,263707.html?langId=-3 )
Has 27in

I wanna buy 3 of them, to have a 3 monitors setup.
My graphic card is this: http://www.amazon.de/Zotac-NVIDIA-GeForce-Grafikkarte-Speicher/dp/B00D4KCSHG/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1408617271&sr=8-12&keywords=grafikkarte

Hello once again!

You should go for the ASUS monitor, reason being it's a IPS monitor and a pretty decent one too. The bezel is also very thin which is very important if you want to make a 3 monitor setup.
IPS tends to have the capacity to have smaller bezels, it's also much better at colors compared to a TN monitor (which the other one is).

My friend owns the 27'' version of the ASUS MX239 (the MX279), it's a pretty nice monitor, even just one 27'' version on it's own.

Though all that aside, i just want to mention that your gpu might struggle at 3x1080p, you'll have to use a mix of some low and medium settings in most newer games. Remember to set no AA since that cuts the framerate quite a bit at higher number of pixels.
