This may be a crappy build but I need help finding out if these parts will all go together and fit. I have a budget of $330 and I still need to buy windows 7 . This is my first build and I was also wondering if I should make any tweaks. I am planning on running BF4 on medium settings while recording at 30 to 60fps and playing minecraft shaders on 60 or more fps high settings . Also should I run games at 720 or will I be ok running them 1080 thanks.
remember I'm a first timer don't get mad cause Im not a expert . This is a strict budget too no flexibility . By the way I will be oc.

I would not buy a water cooler for that CPU/APU. That is no necessary. I would scrap the cooler and the cpu and buy this: Your budget is so low you dont have many options.

AMD A10-5800K Trinity Quad-Core 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 $109

This will give you some more performance. Also, at best you will be able to play games on low settings, recording games while playing probably wont happen

You get more cpu power and little better integrated graphics. Remember, however your gaming performance will not be that great as compared to having a seperate graphics card.
