The case i'm going with is the Aerocool DS200
My only thought is, the case has room for up to 5 fans: 2 x 120mm top, 1 x 120mm rear, 2 x 140mm front.
Now my motherboard (Asus M5A97 R2.0. Haven't bought any components yet): has 1 x CPU Fan connector (4 -pin), 2 x Chassis Fan connectors (2 x 4 -pin), 1 x Power Fan connector (1 x 3 -pin).

How could i go about adding 5 CASE fans in with the CPU fan? Note that the case also has fan speed controls on the front, 3 settings, low med high so it would need to recognise all 5 fans and have them at the same speed....
Any help is appreciated.

You could run them directly from the PSU (molex to 3/4 pin adapters). But you wouldn't be able to control them.
Not sure how that mobo would handle this, but you can buy 4pin splitters which allows 2 fans to be powered off a single port on the mobo. But take caution, because the mobo isn't designed to be powering that many fans, and you might run into stability problems. The fans using the splitter would be controlled together, so you would want to make them both intake, or both exhaust fans.

If you buy a molex to 4 pin adapter and fan controller like Best Answer suggested, you will be able to control them. But with just the fan hub he linked, you won't be able to control the fans, and they will always run at 100% while the PSU is on. If I'm not mistaken, they will run even when your PC is turned off, because the PSU is still on.
