Which motherboard would be optimale here?
Not too expencive..

i5 4690 cpu

r9 290/r9 280x/gtx 770 GPU

This's a Z MoBo but won't do any harm to the CPU:
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($97.00 @ Newegg)
Supports both SLI and CF, and 3000MHz 32GB memory limit and USB 3.0

what about if i dont need crossfire or sli? should i buy this one or one with lower price? should i buy any z97 and why? thank you ;)

If you don't wanna SLI or CF, then you can get $10 cheaper and go with any of these:

Nope no compulsion on Z97 there its an OCing MoBo and your CPU is not OCable.

Z97 MoBo are OCing MoBos and H97 are non-OCing MoBos, you can OC a 490k on Z MoBo but not on H MoBo.
97 are the latest MoBos and will support 5th gen Broadwell CPUs.
