A word of advice: If you plan to overclock, then the Athlon 750K is a good option. However, if you're not going to overclock you may as well just pick up a Pentium G3420 and H81 board, which would perform about the same (or better) and cost less.
Everything should work perfectly fine and it is a very good starting PC lol. You might be able to find a few of those parts cheaper but probably not by much.
