Is it safe to overclock my fx 6300 to 4-4.5ghz(stock 3.5ghz) using the stock cooler from coolermaster(the ones they give with the fx 4130 and 8350)? My cabinet has 3 air intakes by 3 80mm fans(2 on the cab door, one in front) and 2 exhaust ports(one at the rear and one by the PSU). Thanks in advance.

You can but it's wise not to and spend some money and a aftermarket air cooler like CM 212.

If you do choose to overclock, just go as high as the default CPU voltage will allow. That way you don't generate any extra heat, or use extra power. If you decide to go higher, look into an aftermarket cooler and make sure your power supply will be able to handle the extra load.

Yea that's fine. I would really suggest you go the route of the aftermarket cooler as I stated. You'll get so much better temps doing it.

I've OC'd my i5-4690K to 4100MHz on a stock cooler. A whopping 2000 over the stock turbo - lol

Time to add the aftermarket - either Hyper 212 EVo or Noctua something
