fifa 13 not smooth on nvidia-740m 2gb

laptop is hp pavilion n209tx with 1tb hdd,4 gb RAM,nvidia-740m 2gb graphic card,i5 4th gen.i am using latest nvidia driver..when i am playing fifa 13 then the fps is max 30.game is laggy in all all setting.what can be the problem??

Delete your graphic card's drivers, and then go to nvidia.com and all drivers, now put in your cards specs and download the official drivers and install them, if this doesn't works, then maybe there is not enough room in the folder of the game? or your ram might be slow in speed? because 4 GB is not so ideal for FIFA.

your graphic card might be set on lower settings, this is a common problem in laptop as they have batteries and default settings try to save more battery by cutting down performance, try going into the control panel/properties of the card and set all the bars towards performance and not power saving. And also, if your laptop is on power-saving mode, put it on balanced or high performance for the best.
