Help to overclock...pleaseeee!!!!!!

heyyyy... anyone please help me! i cannot overclock my ram/apu!!! my cpu temp is 70 degree celcious showing in bios,is it the reason i cannot have any option when i click anything in "advance frequency settings or advance memory/voltage settings"? please helpppppp! :(
i have amd 7850k apu,gigabyte sniper g1 a88x mobo,kingston 8 GB hyperx 1866MHz ram,corsair cx 500 psu and stock front intake fan(comes with Cooler master 431 plus)

DO NOT OVERCLOCK WITH THAT POWER SUPPLY. Sorry for the caps, but overclocking with that power supply could fry components if it blows. The CX series power supplies were meant for office machines, and low power HTPC's. They are not built for gaming machines and/or overclocking.

Like the guy above me said, 70C is too hot allready to consider overclocking at all. So you will need a better PSU, and a aftermarket CPU cooler first before you attempt overclocking.

my mobos bios is f8 now,it comes with f7 and i had updated it through "@bios"

to all, I have no resource to sell cx500 right now! i had ordered noctua nf-f12 and nf-a14 and they will come soon. then my config will be-
Intake
1 front 140 mm noctua nf a14
1 top 120 mm stock fan [optional]

Exhaust
1 rear 120 mm noctua nf f12

The AMD A10-7850K's maximum operating temperature is 72.4°C.

The stock AMD CPU cooler is suppose to keep your CPU temperature below 72.4°C at stock processor clock speeds.

Since you're planning to overclock that processor you should have purchased a third-party CPU cooler that can handle overclocking and performs better than the AMD stock CPU cooler.

A system temperature of 50°C is extremely high. Some PSUs don't operate very well at high temperature. The Corsair CX series PSUs are meant for an operating environment temperature of up to 30°C without derating (i.e. loss of capacity with rising ambient temperature).

Are you checking the CPU temperature in the motherboard's UEFI BIOS?

yes,in uefi bios it showed 69-70 degree celcius cpu temp.
in easy tune 6 it showed 31-35 degree celcius (cpu) and 43-50 degree celcius system temp..!

btw i just want to everclock ram only! and if possible with stock cooler then integrated gpu(not so much needed)... so can i overclock my ram only with stock cpu cooler, 2 noctua fans and stock fan and with cx500 ???
