Like right next to the Voltage there is a switch that comes in default turned off but should we tun these on while O/C or something.

Sorry and thanks in advice

PS: Ops i think this was suppose to be in the motherboard section >--<

Those switches are supposed to allow real-time adjustment and execution of settings, as opposed to waiting for save-exit-boot. I can think of several pros and cons to using this feature. IMO they're more useful when benching a board rather than in a fully assembled, encased build with an operating boot drive.

So in other words that is just to apply the setting im changing right away? Becuase when iw as overclocking i didnt know if i should turn on and i was wondering it these would help to overclock even better

Yes, the settings are supposed to take effect real-time. Someone else might have a better idea as far as application, but if you are going to be doing your checks and testing in a Windows environment, it doesn't really gain you anything - you still have to save and exit-to-boot to run your software. If you're benching (not necessarily benchmarking), it might be handy feature for checking settings for knock-on effects inside of BIOS.
