first: whats your budget?? and where are you from??
do you want a PSU with some headrom??
well i had the same PSU but i doubted that it woks for that GPU i actually have it... the 4GB version.... but i have phenom II OC so i didnt wanted to push too much from that PSU... and also i didndt want to loose the OC

so, i buy a corsair GS 700 its too much maybe, but i wont worry about power in a looooong time

so if you just want to power fine that PC maybe at last i would recommend a corsar Cx 500 (yeah 500W but its not the same compared with our CM PSU)... for a good hadrom a TX750 would be great
seasonic series are great as well (actually TX series from corsair are made by sea sonic... XFX PSUs are made by seasonic aswell)

just to add:
CPU an GPU feeds from 12V rail.. so your cpu uses 100W at much with no oc the GPU lets say 200W so 300 at very much... other stuf in the computer must use less than 50W at full load so exaggerating your pc consumes 350W at full load

what do you need to know well on the labels PSU can tell the power the delivers our CM 500W only delivers like 320W on 12V rail, also they cant deliver that power cose that PSU gamma is very low and very cheap so thats why it can deliver the power you need

a good PSU like this XFX delivers almost the 550W on the 12V rail which means and much more on the other rails (but actually its safe only to use a combined power of 550W) so whith a good 500W psu and above your pc will be more than satisfied

AND UPGRADE NOW!! SO YOU CAN SELL YOUR COOLRMASER PSU BEFORE IT FAILS!!!!!! that way the upgrade will cost less
