Hey -
I just noticed that my games were running really ragged, and then that Afterburner was saying my card was running about 90 degrees hot! Turns out, even though Afterburner says the GPU fans are turning, they are not. They spin freely, but aren't powered. It was just RMA'd a month ago - should I send it in again? Or is it some user error? I've unplugged and replugged the power, to be sure.

Ensure the card is sat firmly in its PCI-E x16 slot. Not at an angle.

Ensure there is no dust or debris in the PCI-E x16 slot.

It's possible, though unlikely, that the Graphics Card's Cooler's fan power/control cable has become disconnected from the Graphics Card PCB (Printed Circuit Board). Examine the card for the cable and ensure it's connected and that the wires aren't frayed/broken. These wires are usually very firmly attached to the white-plastic input on the PCB, though. If I'm not mistaken, the cooler's fan-controller / power supply is located on the lower-right corner of the card.

I just took it all out, blew it out with some compressed duster, and reseated it. Now it's working fine. Thanks!
