i am building a new PC and my budget is about $1200 now im building it based off of this PC

i want to change a few things with that though.
i want to change the gfx card to a gtx 770 4gb and the psu to atleast 650W probably higher.
but i really want a nice cpu one that is alteast quad core and 4.5 or 4.4ghz but the catch is i need it to be air cooled. i prefer intel but if its not possible then i will go amd
plz help im not an expert on cpu's and i never overclocked anything

Option 2, which I would probably go for, has SSD, fully modular PSU that I would sleeve the cables for and a really nice case

let me know if you want a better PSU, SSD, case etc. You could probably drop down to a 290 and improve all three if you are playing at 1080p.
