Im having a lot of problems figuring out what's happening here. On every buying site it says the board is atx. Yet on MSI's site it says its eatx. I went on oc3d forums and got slightly closer to the answer.
The board measures 30.5 x 26.4 which according to some guy over at the oc3d forums is technically atx with a bit more width
The board has 9 mounting holes standard to atx, however its just a FEW cm wider. Does this affect the placing of the mounting holes? If I have a roomy enough case, with a bit of spacing between the standoffs and the grommets... can I fit this board in a standard midi tower atx case.
According to diagrams, eatx is significantly wider and significantly LONGER as well, this board just looks slightly wider to fit some OC buttons to the side of the board. Tbh in my case it looks like I would have about an inch or two between the standoffs ane the grommets... so would this fit in a regular atx case?
I could *probably* (i need to check measurements when I get home) fit this mobo in my case, i just need to know if its technically possible and that the mobo uses STANDARD atx standoffs... no modding or extra standoffs required.
Thanks.
If not, could you guys maybe reccomend me a board at a similar price tag with similar features?

Solution
Form Factor of that board is
E-ATX

The MSI Z97 XPower AC Gaming follows the E-ATX form factor, meaing it is 30.5 cm x 26.4 cm in size (12 in x 10.4 in), the motherboard is located in the OC series and is the flagship product.
