I just recently got a computer, 3 months ago, and every time I play FFXIV and a cut scene comes up my computer will crash. The screen goes black but the tower itself doesn't actually shut off. I cant even make it through character creation sometimes with out it crashing. I sent the graphics card back but they said there wasn't any problems even though I told them that it only occurs while gaming. All the drivers are up to date on the card. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?

Have you tried clean sweeping your drivers ? It's best to use a special application for this:

This will rid any leftover bits that may be causing this.
Also let us know the temps although I doubt it's that but cant hurt to try.
Also make sure it's not overclocked as it may be unstable.
