I am an avid league of legends player, and had to install a new motherboard the other day. I also re-installed windows so my HD was cleared, there is nothing on this computer. My frames per second went from 60 - never above 10. I have installed my motherboard and video card drivers and dropped all in game settings to as low as possible. No clue what is going on. any advice will help

CPU is intel i5-2500K 2nd gen.
