I have a total of four 120MM fans and one 140MM fan. The two fans on the side penal are blowing air into the case, the front panel fan blows air into the case, and so does the an on the top of the case. The only fan that is blowing air out of the case is the rear exhaust fan in the back where the I/O shield is. So i have a total of 4 Intake and 1 exhaust fan, should i make the fan on the top of the case an exhaust fan by flipping it over?

The red is intake and the blue is exhaust below in the pictures.

You can play around with the configuration to see which gives the best temps (primarily based on your CPU and GPU load temps), e.g. 1 front, 1 side, 1 bottom; 2 front, 1 bottom; 2 front, 1 side. Regardless of your intake config though, I think you'll find that all of the best overall configurations include having your top and rear fans as exhaust.

volcanoscout is spot on with what he said. The side and front and bottom if have one are used for cool air intake and rear and top to exhaust hot air. The top one set as intake is pushing warm air back down towards cpu and gpu and the rear won't be able to exhaust it quick enough.
