Hello, I'm having a tough time figurin out why my gpu isn't booting up.
The rest of my pc works perfectly fine.
Basically, the gpu fan starts then immediatly stops after not even half a second. It literally barely moves a cm, but it moves a tiny bit.
I have the cables connected

However, I do have a cable left but can't find where it goes.

One says PCI express and the other says SLI ready.
Gpu: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 2GB
PSU: Rosewill Capstone 550W
