I'm looking to build my first ever gaming PC. I'm just wondering if what I have picked is good for my first time. Also if there are any tips or better products out there. This is my Build so far

That's not a bad setup. What is the resolution of the panel you intend on using with it?

I already own a 22" widescreen HDMI 1080p Full HD monitor. I intend to use that until I can afford a new 24 - 26"

@ 1080 res your 750ti will be hovering at about 30FPS in games like Crysis 3 or about 48FPS in more CPU intensive games like BF4. These are both at high settings on graphics. You'll be hitting about 70FPS with lesser settings on graphics. So, you should be fine.
