Solution
I suggest sticking with the 1150 socket over the 2011 socket. Cheaper and just as effective practically. i7 4790k + ASRock z97 extreme4 is cheaper.

PSU is fine for the most part.

I'd rate it a 7/10 cause of that balancing part.

Money from that CPU+mobo change can be mitigated and you could get a gtx 780 or r9 290x or something. Or even a SSD.

Thank you so much. I will post another forum post of my final build to see what people think of the tweeks you adjusted. As for the SSD and the 780 i really am on a budget so i cant.

Tried to fit it in but it goes above budget. Already that im slighly above

1. I don't see X79 unless you are talking 3 780 Ti's .... use 1150 / Devils Canyon for up to 2 GFX cards. Given apparent budget, I'd do the i-5 which would allow an upgrade to a 780 .... 4690k w/ 780 is way faster than 4830k and 770.

$480 w/ 4790k - http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1750607
$380 w/ 4690k - http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1750592

Other than that, nothing I'd really argue you out of (except the HD) .... but some alternates to consider

2. I loved the case when it came out for it's new and innovative design but after "getting over" the newness, it kind of pales to my eyes. lack of fan control, GPus tend to run hot, nosy fans. But case is about aesthetics so it it grabs you stick with it. One I'd look at tho before deciding is case of the Year award winner for 2014 - Enthoo Pro .... best fans on market, very quiet, fan controller for 11 fans via PWM.

8.9 Rating - http://benchmarkreviews.com/1427/corsair-carbide-air-540-mid-tower-case-review/7/
9.5 rating - http://benchmarkreviews.com/15792/phanteks-enthoo-pro-tower-case-review/6/

Phanteks Enthoo Pro (Case of the Year 2014) - Black is $100 / White is $110 - Great air cooling or entry water cooling build.

RAM - Good price but wary of the tall Heat Spreaders which causes issues with cooler clearance....Low profile alternates

2133 CAS 9 - $170 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226420

3. A expensive high end MoBo, hi end CPU and a budget build cooler is a miss match.....

Air Cooler Options - Cryorig R1 Ultimate, Phanteks PH-TC14-PE (BTW, white cooler in white case just rocks on the looks)
$90 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF1H68938
$75 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709001

4. The Deskstar is in 33rd place here:
http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/hdd-charts-2013/-17-PCMark-7-Gaming,2915.html

The No. 1 drive includes a small SSD built in .... if ya ain't got a SSD (boot time = 15.6 seconds), the Seagate SSD (Boot Time = 16.5 seconds) is the next best thing
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822178380

5. The MoBo / CPU savings should allow an upgrade to the 780. This MSI takes top honors at techpowerup and is half as loud as some of the competition

6. Same price, better CPU
