So my friend gave me an Asus Essentio Series. I ran into a bsod. So I tinkered with it a bit. Now it won't startup. With no ram in place the fan runs smoothly. Once seated, it starts to stutter. The fan will run rapidly for a second or so, then commence stopping and starting. I'm not too computer savvy. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried different ram sticks. And different psus.

Try disconnecting any drives (SSD, hard drive, CD/DVD) and remove any graphics card that's attached. Plug the monitor into the I/O panel monitor port. See if it will boot (with 1 stick of RAM installed) to the BIOS.
