For streaming i'd say a i5 4690k is fine, get a z97 board to avoid any complicated BIOS updates, more RAM won't help you stream really... So get a 780 instead

No but its going to be used primqrily to play some really big games: BF4, crysis 3, Planetside 2

yes, and a i5 will give you just as good performance as a i7 in games, common misconception is that these so called 'cpu intensive games' require a i7 to play it well when in truth, a good i5 like the 4690k, paired with a 780 will give you better fps than the i7 with a 770

I'd drop down to a 4690k with a Z97 board, a better cpu cooler(noctua d14 or d15, especially if you plan on any decent overclocking). Get 8Gb(2x4gb) of ram, and then you can get a R9 290 or GTX 780 for better gaming performance.
