I/O conflict on Gryphon Z87

I have desktop with:
Motherboard> Gryphon Z87 from ASUS
OS: Windows 7 x64

Problem:
I need to build a Legacy ECP-LPT1 with I/O range 03BC-03BD
I get the I/O range conflict with motherboard resources Code 12
How can I fix this?

hi, I am having similar issue so if its allowed I'll continue this threat.

I am also using asus motherboard. The problem is exactly the same as described above

I am trying to install a software which require me to create Legacy ECP-LPT1 with I/O range 03BC-03BD or 0278-????

First time creating thr ECP-LPT1, it is said that I/O range is conflicting with PCI bus. I just ignored it and restart the notebook since people said that the BIOS will take care of it. However, after the restart, and checked the device status, it was said that the device can not be used since the resource conflct with other device (code 12).

When I checked the ECP resource setting, it was written that the I/O range conflict with moterboard resource.
Strangely,I checked the I/O in system information, and it showed that the I/O 03BC-03BD is actually assigned to ECP-LPT 1! So I dont know which device I should uninstall to resolve this conflicting resource issue.

This happened before I install my software, so it does not have something to do with the software I'm about to install.

How I can resolve this conflicting resource issue?
