The 2-pin power LED should probably still work in the mobo's 3-pin LED. It just depends on where you position it I think. Also, there may be a 2-3 pin converter if that doesn't work.

Does your motherboard have a series of 9 or so pins labeled "JFP2" or "JFP1"?

Is there a JFP1 9-pin on your mobo? If so then that is where the LED should go. But it must be in a certain spot (mistake I made on first build)

Awolp is right.
According to the rev2 motherbd manual you have a pwer led connector (top of pg 27), which has pin 1 as positive (+) and pin 2&3 as Negative. All you need to do is plug the + on the connector to pin1 on the motherbds header. If the connector is not labelled then look at the cases hdd led connector. Its positive wire will be a different color then the power led but the ground/negative wire should be the same color. Once you know what ground is the other color is + :-)

ground is usually white but I've also seen black and green fairly commonly in the past.
