An awesome build, but need advice on the future up & coming stuff

here is my build. never done this before, any input is greatly appreciated! My question is: AS much money as this costs, and with future-tech coming out such as the new 8-core INTEL & DDR-4 ram, would this be a wise purchase? OR would buying something like this still last me years into the future even though it will be obsolete 6 months from now? I will be using this for invoicing, Netflix, vudu, and extreme gaming for hours at a time. (Note: I will be using a HD Projector, I will be new at the projector thing as well.)

no dont buy the 2011 when the 2011-3 releases this fall. This also would be a good watercooling build but the 880's is out next month(gigabyte kinda of said it but not set in stone) also the 4930k is just a 4960x with less base clock and a little less cache.
  2. also dont game on wifi to many things can interfere also unless you are doing other editing, rendering or want this build to last for like 6yrs you could build a cheap build.
