I need a gaming pc build that's under $1000.
Doesn't need to include mouse, keyboard, monitor, or OS.
I don't know if I want water cooling because I heard you have to worry about condensation so if I can maybe get one with fans? and one with water cooling? I'm also looking for a full tower for further modifications to my build.
I prefer AMD over Intel if that helps any.

Best regards, Ethos

Hey,

the OP said he doesn't need OS so you can deduct those $90 from it and it will fit perfectly into his budget.
