Hi, I have an aspire one netbook, and I just did a fresh install of Windows 7 and now my wireless icon is not appearing in the bottom corner, on the ethernet icon appears. So I troubleshoot the problem to find out that I don't have any drivers for my wireless adapter. I have no idea what the manufacturer of my adapter but I don't have any drivers for it. When I boot my computer, it trys to find a driver for it but it fails.

Solution
You need to install your drivers for it to work. A driver is software that allows Windows to work with the computer's physical hardware. You can connect with Ethernet and download it from the manufacturer for now, or go on another computer and place it on a USB drive and move it over. Look up your computer model to find out info on your wireless adapter.
