My brothers PC has been acting funny the past few days and now all of a sudden when I turn the computer it does turn on and its green across the board but there's no video going to the monitor. Now the mobo has no built in display. Ive switched out mobos, swapped CPU's, switches PSU's did it on new monitors, tried different video cards Ive switched everything any Ideas why this is happening? thanks

Perhaps it is rather a software issue. Try hitting del or esc repeatedly to enter the BIOS immidiately when the computer starts up.
