A88X-G45 mono won't post

I am building a new comp. I currently have a amd Athlon 760k processor and 2-4GB sticks of patriot 1600mhz ram installed with a evga 750w ps.

The system won't post. I wanted to clear the CMOS but the jumper has 2 pins not the 3 pin one I had my last comp. And it doesn't have jumper to move. I'm not sure what to do now.

Plz help

Can you take a picture?Maybe you forget plugging power cable(GPU power cable).Which error code? Try to use Slow mode to boot .

What you need to do is a hassle but it works every time. This motherboard was released in between the release of two processors, so you have to buy an old FM2+ processor, then update the bios to the latest version. Then put the new processor in and you are done.
